Q. How often is the MARS HILL AUDIO Journal produced?

A. The Journal is produced 6 times per year, or every other month.

Q. When should I expect to receive each issue of the Journal?
|
|
A. It will usually arrive in your mailbox toward the end of the 2nd month of the publication date. For example, the September/October issue should arrive toward the end of October. The publication dates are January/February, March/April, May/June, July/August, September/October, and November/December.

Q. How much is an annual subscription? Do you offer any discounts?

A. An annual subscription is $42 for the cassette version, $48 for the CD version, and $30 for the MP3 Download version. We do not offer discounts for students, senior citizens or others. However, if you are interested in purchasing bulk subscriptions (10 or more at a time) please call us for special pricing.

Q. If I order a subscription, how long will it take before I receive the first CDs?

A. In general, new subscribers receive their first CDs within 2 weeks, often sooner.

Q. What should I do if there's a problem with my subscription or other order?

Q. I recently made an order online. Was I was supposed to get an order confirmation via email?
|
A. Yes, if you ordered from our website and provided an email address, you should have gotten an order confirmation via email, and if you ordered an MP3 product for the first time, you should have also received an additional email with your MP3 Library information. These emails are automated; if you did not receive an appropriate email, it's most likely because your email/internet provider (e.g. Comcast, AT&T, AOL) thought it was spam and filtered it before it got to you.
Unfortunately, there's not much MARS HILL AUDIO can do on our end to prevent this, because email policies are determined solely by your email provider, and they have no reason to trust us. They do trust you, their customer, however, and so if you complain to them that you aren't getting legitimate emails from us, they can put us on their trusted "whitelist."
